Extensive research work has been done for the estimation of population mean using bivariate auxiliary information based on conventional measures. Conventional measures of the auxiliary variables provide suspicious results in the presence of outliers/extreme values. However, non-conventional measures of the auxiliary variables include quartile deviation, mid-range, inter-quartile range, quartile average, tri-mean, Hodge-Lehmann estimator etc.

Introduction: Despite advancement of therapeutic approaches to recurrent pericarditis, it poses notable challenges to its' management. As per the current guidelines, colchicine is the first line therapy, although, non-conventional treatments like interleukin-1 (IL-1) antagonists (rilonacept, anakinra, goflikicept) are progressively utilized for refractory cases.

Unlabelled: Context-specific genome-scale model (CS-GSM) reconstruction is becoming an efficient strategy for integrating and cross-comparing experimental multi-scale data to explore the relationship between cellular genotypes, facilitating fundamental or applied research discoveries. However, the application of CS modeling for non-conventional microbes is still challenging. Here, we present a graphical user interface that integrates COBRApy, EscherPy, and RIPTiDe, Python-based tools within the BioUML platform, and streamlines the reconstruction and interrogation of the CS genome-scale metabolic frameworks via Jupyter Notebook.
