Adaptive radiations are rich laboratories for exploring, testing, and understanding key theories in evolution and ecology because they offer spectacular displays of speciation and ecological adaptation. Particular challenges to the study of adaptive radiation include high levels of species richness, rapid speciation, and gene flow between species. Over the last decade, high-throughput sequencing technologies and access to population genomic data have lessened these challenges by enabling the analysis of samples from many individual organisms at whole-genome scales.

With immuno-oncology becoming the standard of care for a variety of cancers, identifying biomarkers that reliably classify patient response, resistance, or toxicity becomes the next critical barrier towards improving care. Multi-parametric, multi-omics, and computational platforms generating an unprecedented depth of data are poised to usher in the discovery of increasingly robust biomarkers for enhanced patient selection and personalized treatment approaches. Deciding which developing technologies to implement in clinical settings ultimately, applied either alone or in combination, relies on weighing pros and cons, from minimizing patient sampling to maximizing data outputs, and assessing reproducibility and representativeness of findings, while lessening data fragmentation towards harmonization.

Background And Objective: Breast cancer was the second frequently diagnosed cancer in 2022 among all cancers. Besides classical chemotherapy and radiation, immunotherapy and targeted therapy are both identical treatment options for patients with advanced breast cancer. Immunotherapy is a therapeutic approach to control and eliminate tumors by restarting and maintaining the tumor-immunity cycle and restoring the body's normal anti-tumor immune response.

Background: Gynaecological cancers, which affect the female genital tract, constitute a significant public health problem, especially in developing countries. Some of these malignancies have known aetiology and premalignant stages making them preventable. Understanding the burden of gynaecological malignancies in our environment will provide baseline information and help form strategies for their control.

Background: Housing insecurity can be understood as experiencing or being at risk of multiple house moves that are not through choice and related to poverty. Many aspects of housing have all been shown to impact children/young people's health and wellbeing. However, the pathways linking housing and childhood health and wellbeing are complex and poorly understood.
