Intraspinal enterogenous cysts are rare congenital abnormalities that mainly develop in the spinal canal, more commonly in the cervical and thoracic regions, and rarely in the lumbar spine. We present a case of neurenteric (NE) cyst in the conus medullaris and cauda equina junction at the level of L1 in a patient presenting with a nine-year history of progressive lower limb weakness, paresthesia, and muscle wasting. The patient underwent complete resection of the cyst and had no postoperative complications with marked improvement of paresthesia and some localized pain in the lower back manageable by analgesics.

Objective: To explore the application and key points of microchannel approaches in resection of cervical intraspinal tumors.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 51 cases of cervical spinal canal tumors from February 2017 to March 2020. Among them, 5 cases were located epidural space, 6 cases were located epidural and subdural space, and 40 cases were located under the subdural extramedullary space(6 cases were located on the ventral side of the spinal cord).

Objective: To explore the feasibility and key technology of microscopic resection of lumbar intraspinal tumor through microchannel keyhole approach.
Methods: The clinical features, imaging characteristics and surgical methods of 54 cases of lumbar intraspinal tumor which were microscopically operated by microchannel from February 2017 to September 2019 were reviewed and analyzed. There were 8 cases of extradural tumor, 3 cases of extra-and intradural tumor and 43 cases of subdural extramedullary tumor (including 3 cases of ventral spinal tumor).

Background: The anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion approach has been reported for the removal of ventral cervical tumors. However, the normal cervical vertebral body and the adjacent intervertebral discs have to be sacrificed. In this paper, the authors describe a novel anterior cervical transvertebral approach for the resection of cervical intraspinal ventral lesions.

It was reported to be local to the C1 to L2 spinal segments, with the majority located in the cervicothoracic region. Most patients present with symptoms of progressive focal pain, myelopathic signs or radicular symptoms.
