Background: Alzheimer's disease (AD), also known as senile dementia, is the most common degenerative disease of the central nervous system. Neuroinflammation is currently believed to be a crucial factor in the progression of AD, while its exact mechanism remains unclear.
Method: APP/PS1 AD mice were treated with a natural active ingredient tetrahydroxy stilbene glucoside (TSG) at 40 mg/kg/day and 80 mg/kg/day respectively for 5 consecutive months, and then the Morris water maze test (MWM) and the novel object recognition test were performed to assess the effect of TSG on the cognitive and memory ability of AD mice.
Purpose Of Review: Peyronie's disease characterizes a condition in which there is angular curvature of the penis. We know that the most patients with Peyronie's disease will not have spontaneous resolution of their penile curvature. As such, patients who desire treatment can elect for either surgical or nonsurgical therapy.

Data accumulated in scientific literature indicate that Parkinson's disease develops after infections caused by SARS-CoV-2, West Nile, Coxsackie, St. Louis viruses, Japanese encephalitis B, hepatitis B and C, influenza A, HIV, herpes viruses, flaviviruses. Introduction: Many countries use commercial foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) vaccines to prevent FMD pandemics, but these vaccines have disadvantages, such as repeated vaccinations due to the short persistence of antibody (Ab) titers and incomplete host defense despite high Ab titers. To address these shortcomings, we aimed to develop a novel FMD vaccine containing furfurman as an adjuvant.
Method: To demonstrate the efficacy of the test vaccine, adaptive immunity was evaluated by measuring Ab and neutralizing Ab titers and host defense against viral infections in experimental and target animals.
