Background: This study aimed to develop a dynamic survival prediction model utilizing conditional survival (CS) analysis and machine learning techniques for gastric neuroendocrine carcinomas (GNECs).

Patients And Methods: Data from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database (2004-2015) were analyzed and split into training and validation groups (7:3 ratio). CS profiles for patients with GNEC were examined in the full cohort.

Background: Pancreatic cancer (PAC) has a complex tumor immune microenvironment, and currently, there is a lack of accurate personalized treatment. Establishing a novel consensus machine learning driven signature (CMLS) that offers a unique predictive model and possible treatment targets for this condition was the goal of this study.

Methods: This study integrated multiple omics data of PAC patients, applied ten clustering techniques and ten machine learning approaches to construct molecular subtypes for PAC, and created a new CMLS.

Up to 90% of high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) patients will develop resistance to platinum-based chemotherapy, posing substantial therapeutic challenges due to a lack of universally druggable targets. Leveraging BenevolentAI's AI-driven approach to target discovery, we screened potential AI-predicted therapeutic targets mapped to unapproved tool compounds in patient-derived 3D models. This identified TNIK, which is modulated by NCB-0846, as a novel target for platinum-resistant HGSC.

Background: Proliferative verrucous leukoplakia (PVL) is a special type of leukoplakia characterized by high rate of malignant transformation into oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). This study aimed to analyze the canceration risk and prognostic factors of PVL and establish effective diagnostic and prognostic predictive models.

Materials And Methods: A total of 467 patients were enrolled, including 170 cases of PVL.

Introduction: Cardiac troponin levels below the 99th percentile improve the predictive efficacy for cardiovascular events when associated with relevant clinical variables. However, whether ultra-sensitive analytical methods improve this predictive efficacy over less sensitive or contemporary analytical methods remains unknown.

Methods: This retrospective observational study involved consecutive patients who presented to the emergency department for suspected acute coronary syndrome and underwent measurement of ultra-sensitive cardiac troponin I (Singulex) and contemporary cardiac troponin I (Siemens) with levels below the 99th percentile.
