We report a case of Fuchs marginal keratitis with a recurrence and spontaneous perforation on the lamellar graft. A constellation of marginal corneal infiltrates and stromal thinning under a pseudopterygium characterize this condition. Two years after an initial lamellar keratoplasty, the pathology recurred within the graft. A repeat lamellar keratoplasty was performed, this time combined with a conjunctival autograft.

Background And Aims: Wearable devices capture physiological signals non-invasively and passively. Many of these parameters have been linked to inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) activity. We evaluated the associative ability of several physiological metrics with IBD flares and how they change before the development of flare.

In this study, we reported two patients with clinical pictures compatible with the diagnosis of bilateral Fuchs' superficial marginal keratitis (FSMK) treated with surgical treatment and anti-inflammatory drugs. The cases suffered from bilateral photophopia, blurred vision, and pseudopterygium with normal intraocular pressure (IOP). Pseudopterygia extended from temporal and nasal sides and had a gray line between the corneal normal epithelium with no lipid deposits.

Background: We aimed to evaluate the correlation of progression-free (PFS) and overall survival (OS) after first-line treatment of classical Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) and the potential of PFS to serve as a surrogate parameter for OS.
Patients And Methods: We analyzed individual patient data obtained during and after treatment with polychemotherapy within nine randomized phase III trials (GHSG HD7-HD15) between 01/93 - 08/18. Effects of 16 experimental treatments on PFS and OS on trial level were evaluated by estimation of the treatment effects with Cox proportional hazards (PH) regression and a linear weighted least squares regression.

Objectives: This study investigated the influence of prophylactic treatments and thermocycling on the marginal and internal veneering interface (tooth-veneer) as well as on the surface texture of ceramic veneers.
Materials And Methods: A total of 32 extracted human premolars were restored with veneers made of lithium disilicate (LDS) or zirconia-reinforced lithium silicate (ZLS). An artificial aging of the specimens was conducted via five cycles of both thermocycling (5/55°C) and prophylactic treatment (powder air polishing or ultrasonic scaling).

This study evaluated the impact of care pathways on the incidence of local recurrence (LR) in patients with soft tissue sarcomas (STS) and identified factors predictive of LR. It compared outcomes between patients managed entirely within a comprehensive care pathway (CCP) at the Swiss Sarcoma Network (SSN) and those who experienced fragmented care pathways (FCPs), where initial treatment occurred outside specialized centers. This prospective study utilized real-world-time data from the SSN-Sarconnector, capturing quality indicators through weekly Multidisciplinary Team/Sarcoma-Board (MDT/SB) meetings.
