Overexpression of AtbZIP69 in transgenic wheat confers tolerance to nitrogen and drought stress.

AtbZIP69 overexpression in wheat significantly enhanced drought and low nitrogen tolerance by modulating ABA synthesis, antioxidant activity, nitrogen allocation, and transporter gene expression, boosting yield. In this study, we generated wheat plants with improved low nitrogen (LN) and drought tolerance by introducing AtbZIP69, a gene encoding a basic leucine zipper domain transcription factor, into the wheat cultivar Shi 4056. AtbZIP69 localized to the nucleus and activated transcription.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate and compare the histological response of rabbit dental pulp after direct pulp capping with 3 different materials: mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA), nanoparticles of fluorapatite (Nano-FA), and nanoparticles of hydroxyapatite (Nano-HA) after 4 and 6-week time intervals.

Material And Methods: A total of 72 upper and lower incisor teeth from 18 rabbits were randomly categorized into 3 groups)24 incisors from six rabbits each. MTA Group: teeth were capped with MTA.

Education for patients with type 2 diabetes is an essential part of the treatment and control process. This study aimed to determine the effect of education based on health literacy strategies on adherence to treatment and quality of life in type 2 diabetic patients. This classic experimental study was performed on 94 patients with type 2 diabetes selected by convenient sampling method and then randomly allocated to intervention and control groups.

Mobile edge computing offloads compute-intensive tasks generated on mobile wireless devices (WD) to edge servers (ES), which provides mobile users with low-latency computing services. Opportunistic computing offloading is effective to enhance computing performance in dynamic edge network environments; however, careless offloading of tasks to ESs can lead to WDs preempting network computing resources with limited bandwidth, thereby resulting in inefficient allocation of computing resources. To address these challenges, this paper proposes the density clustering and ensemble learning training-based deep reinforcement learning (DCEDRL) method for task offloading decision-making in mobile edge computing (MEC).

The multicomponent intervention FIBROWALK integrates pain science education (PSE), therapeutic exercise, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness training for treating fibromyalgia (FM). This study investigated the effects of the FIBROWALK in online (FIBRO-On) and outdoor (FIBRO-Out) formats compared to treatment-as-usual (TAU) on core clinical variables along with serum immune-inflammatory biomarkers and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). Furthermore, the predictive value of these biomarkers on clinical response to FIBROWALK was also evaluated.
