Analyzing the interactions between spot and time charter freight is crucial for the maritime industry. While numerous studies have explored the relationship between average freight indices and spillover effects, a gap remains in understanding the deeper connections between inter-regional shipping routes and chartering contracts. Importance: Length of custody is a mechanism by which carceral systems can worsen health. However, there are fewer studies examining US immigration detention, in large part because US immigration detention is largely privately operated and opaque by design.

Objective: Although bedrails are considered a restraint measure under the legal regulations in Spain, no data on the related perceptions of healthcare professionals (HCPs) are available. Thus, this study aimed to calculate the proportion of HCPs in the hospital setting that consider bedrails to be a restraint measure.
Methods: Between June and December 2022, a cross-sectional online survey was conducted among the HCPs at our institution.

Aim: In February 2024, the Aotearoa New Zealand Government repealed legislation to mandate very low nicotine cigarettes (VLNCs), greatly reduce the number of tobacco retailers and disallow sale of tobacco products to people born after 2008 (smokefree generation). We investigated acceptability and likely impacts of these measures among people who smoke or who recently (≤2 years) quit smoking.
Method: We analysed data from 1,230 participants from Wave 3 (conducted in late 2020 and early 2021) and 615 participants from Wave 3.
