Background: Ruxolitinib cream has demonstrated anti-inflammatory and antipruritic activity and was well tolerated in a phase 3 study in patients aged 2-11 years with mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (AD).
Objective: This study examined the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, efficacy, and quality of life (QoL) with ruxolitinib cream under maximum-use conditions and with longer-term use.
Methods: Eligible patients were aged 2-11 years with moderate to severe AD [Investigator's Global Assessment (IGA) score 3-4], and ≥ 35% affected body surface area (BSA).

Treatment Planning Systems (TPS) offer algorithms for distortion correction (DC) of Magnetic Resonance (MR) images, whose performances demand proper evaluation. This work develops a procedure using a virtual phantom to quantitatively assess a TPS DC algorithm. Variations of the digital Brainweb MR study were created by introducing known distortions and Control Points (CPs).

The swift industrial expansion has posed significant environmental challenges, particularly in the context of water pollution. Industrial effluents consist of substantial amounts of harmful pollutants that enter the main rivers via various tapped and untapped drains/local water streams, causing alterations in their physical and chemical properties. This study investigated 153 grossly polluting industries (GPIs) that were identified to release their effluents into the main rivers through different drains within multiple sectors in the industrial zone of four northern states of India in 2023.

Colloidal quantum-dot light-emitting diodes (QD-LEDs) have been significantly improved in terms of device performance and lifetime by employing zinc oxide (ZnO) as an electron transport layer (ETL). Although atomic layer deposition (ALD) allows fabrication of uniform, high-quality ZnO films with minimal defects, the high conductivity of ZnO has hindered its straightforward application as an ETL in QD-LEDs. Herein, we propose fabrication of Al-doped ZnMgO (Al:ZnMgO) ETLs for QD-LEDs through a supercycle ALD, with alternating depositions of various metal oxides.
