Objective: To generate qualitative insights with patients, families, and community partners to catalyze nimble, aligned medical-social care responses.
Methods: This study employed qualitative and co-design methods. We partnered with 4 peer researchers who interviewed individuals living in Greater Cincinnati with recent experience as pediatric patients or caregivers of pediatric patients.

Family medicine residency programs can implement pathway programs to grow a diverse primary care workforce capable of caring for all patients and communities. A pathway program aims to support students from selected level(s) of the educational continuum toward becoming qualified applicants to health professions programs. This guide provides an evidence-informed approach to developing, implementing, and evaluating effective pathway programs that residency programs can use to build the diverse health care workforce that is critical for health equity.

Background: Weight stigma is a commonly reported experience in maternity care that negatively impacts the health of mothers and their babies. Knowledge to inform weight stigma reduction efforts in antenatal care is urgently required. This study aimed to co-design weight stigma reduction resources in antenatal care and evaluate clinician perspectives of the resources regarding their relevance to practice, strengths, and areas for improvement.
