Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of using multivitamins in different estrus synchronization hormone protocols on estrus response, estrus onset, estrus duration, estrus intensity, and pregnancy rate in swamp buffalo.

Materials And Methods: This study used 30 post-partum adult buffalo, with three estrus synchronization methods treated: 1. Conventional plus Prostaglandin F2 α (PGF2α-PGF2α + multivitamin)-AI; 2.

Localization of wireless transmitters is traditionally done using Radio Frequency (RF) sensors that measure the propagation delays between the transmitter and a set of anchor receivers. One of the major challenges of wireless localization systems is the need for anchor nodes to be time-synchronized to achieve accurate localization of a target node. Using a reference transmitter is an efficient way to synchronize the anchor nodes Over-The-Air (OTA), but such algorithms require multiple periodic messages to achieve tight synchronization.

The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of GnRH dose administered at initiation (GnRH-1) of a 5-day CO-Synch + P4 protocol on ovulatory response, expression of estrus, and fertility in suckled beef cows. Suckled beef cows (n = 1101) at four locations were randomized to receive either 100 or 200 µg of gonadorelin acetate at initiation (D-8) of a 5-day CO-Synch + P4 protocol concurrently with insertion of an intravaginal progesterone (P4) device. On D-3 the P4 device was removed, two doses of prostaglandin F2α were administered concurrently and a patch was applied to evaluate expression of estrus.

Clinical Applications of Flow Cytometry in Cancer Immunotherapies: From Diagnosis to Treatments.

Methods Mol Biol

December 2022

Caribou Biosciences, Inc., Berkeley, CA, USA.

The scope of flow cytometry is rapidly expanding in the diagnosis of various cancers, and it is being used routinely as an aid in classifying leukemias and lymphomas. There are several applications of flow cytometry to enumerate tumorigenic anomalies in patients. The unusual distribution of cells in various locations, their DNA content, cell proliferation rate, dysregulated expression of several surface receptors, and expression of tumor antigens are some examples that can be characterized by using different flow cytometry-based techniques.

Introduction: Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are increasing in trend and associated with modifiable risk factors and subsequently reducing physical activity; hence the Government of India (GOI) has launched a National Programme for Prevention and Control of Cancers, Diabetes, Cardiovascular Diseases and Stroke (NPCDCS) in 2010 to curb increasing prevalence. The present study was planned for assessment of the activities conducted under NPCDCS in rural Jaipur.

Methods And Material: This observational study was conducted in rural Jaipur.
