The body weight-based thrombolytic medication strategy in clinical trials shows critical defects in recanalization rate and post-thrombolysis hemorrhage. Methods for perceiving thrombi heterogeneity of thrombolysis resistance is urgently needed for precise thrombolysis. Here, we revealed the relationship between the thrombin heterogeneity and the thrombolysis resistance in thrombi and created an artificial biomarker-based nano-patrol system with robotic functional logic to perceive and report the thrombolysis resistance of thrombi.

Left atrial myxoma is the most prevalent primary cardiac tumor, known for its high risk of systemic embolization. Although surgical excision remains the standard treatment, options are limited for high-risk patients. This case report introduces a novel approach using transcatheter electrosurgery to address a left atrial myxoma via a transseptal approach in a patient ineligible for conventional surgery due to the heightened risk of intracranial hemorrhage associated with cerebral amyloid angiopathy.

Objective: To assess the predictive value of peripheral blood inflammatory markers for delayed cerebral ischemia (DCI) in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and explore methods for early intervention.

Methods: This single-center retrospective study reviewed medical records of ICH patients admitted to Cangzhou People's Hospital over a 12-month period from January 2022 to December 2023. Of the 150 identified patients with ICH, including 80 patients without DCI (control group) and 70 with DCI (observation group).
