Case: Dorsal dislocations of the distal interphalangeal joint with associated volar base fractures of the distal phalanx are complex injuries that pose challenges for achieving stable reduction and restoring optimal joint function. The treatment involved a combined approach of closed reduction, dorsal extension block pinning, and intrafocal pinning of the volar base fracture.

Unfortunately, complications can arise after OHT that can compromise the success of the OHT. Cardiac MRI is continually evolving, with a range of advanced techniques that can be applied to evaluate allograft structure and function.

As a result, the available data pertaining to GAS are often based on convenience samples, and the majority of published studies in the US are cross-sectional. Transgender people may undergo GAS to align their bodies with their gender identities.
