Gastric cancer (GC), one of the tumours with the highest mortality worldwide, is not a homogeneous disease, showing different features according to location, macroscopic aspect, histotype and molecular alterations. Adenocarcinoma is the most frequent epithelial GC (95%), the remaining 5% comprising rare epithelial tumours with their peculiarities, behaviour and incidence <6 cases/100,000/year. Due to the low number of cases, many aspects must be elucidated in this context.

We report two cases of secondary syphilis with an isolated papule on the palm as the initial presentation. The clinical manifestations of secondary syphilis can be diverse, with a high rate of misdiagnosis and underdiagnosis. This article presents two patients with a purpose to alert clinicians not to forget the great imitator of syphilis for lesions of uncertain diagnosis.

Background: Arachnoid cysts are extra parenchymal, intra-arachnoid fluid collections of unknown origin, similar in content to cerebrospinal fluid. Suprasellar arachnoid cysts are a rarer localization resulting from abnormalities of the Liliequist membrane or cystic dilatation of the interpeduncular cisterna. We aimed to contribute to the literature by presenting a series of suprasellar arachnoid cyst cases with endoscopic intervention and long-term results.

Objective: To study the adherence of antiseizures medication in neurology in the city of Ouagadougou.
Patients And Methods: We conducted a multicentric cross-sectional study on adherence to antiseizure medications among adult patients with epilepsy followed by outpatient neurology consultations. The patients were recruited from November 22, 2021 to February 22, 2022 in four departments of neurology.
