Five clinical cases demonstrate the presence of a middle mesial canal in the mandibular first permanent molar. This is not an extra canal but rather the sequelae of instrumenting the isthmus between the mesiobuccal and mesiolingual canals.

Tooth impaction and eruption failure present common challenges in pediatric dentistry. We report a case of a 10-year-old boy of Indian origin presenting with a missing left mandibular primary second molar and impacted first permanent molar. Radiographic examination revealed an ankylosed primary molar obstructing the path of an unerupted premolar.

Background: It has been outlined that LTM (Lower third molar) extracted from patients in which grinding, cleaning, sterilization & demineralization prove to be highly effective as graft material for filling the alveolar socket of the very same patient. These investigations aim to assess the efficiency of ADDM (Autogenous Demineralized Dentin Matrix) graft in third molar extraction sockets.
Purpose: To check the effectiveness of ADDM as graft material in extraction socket by evaluating pain, swelling, trismus, PD (Probing Depth) and bone density.

Objectives: This study aims to compare the clinical performance of 3D printed endocrowns (ECs) and prefabricated zirconia crowns (PZRCs) in restoring pulpotomized primary molars, over 3, 6, and 12 months.
Methods: Thirty pulpotomized mandibular primary molars in 16 children aged 4-8 years were randomized with a 1:1 allocation ratio into two groups: group (A), PZRCs, and group (B), 3D-printed ECs. All restorations were evaluated for esthetic, functional, and biological properties using FDI criteria at 3-, 6-, and 12-month intervals.

Aim: To evaluate the effect of applying a matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) inhibitor on the fracture resistance of root-filled teeth restored with Everstick fiber-reinforced composite resin.
Subjects And Methods: After the selection of 60 freshly extracted human mandibular first molar, root canal access and standard uniformly sized mesio-occluso-distal (MOD) cavities were made and the teeth were randomly assigned into three groups ( = 20 each): Group I, the MOD cavity was first lined with flowable composite resin and then restored with composite resin. In Group II, Everstick fiber was placed into the bed of flowable composite in buccal-pulpal-lingual direction before the composite restoration was placed.

Purpose: The current study aimed to compare modified Polyether-ether-ketone's fracture resistance and failure mode versus lithium disilicate glass-ceramic endocrowns.
Materials And Methods: A total of 16 butt-joint endocrown specimens on mandibular second molar teeth were fabricated and divided into two equivalent groups; Pressable modified Polyether-ether-ketone (PEEK) (BioHPP) and Pressable lithium disilicate glass ceramic (IPS e.max Press).
