Splenomegaly is a quite common clinical feature of Philadelphia (Ph) negative chronic myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) and its presence may, in some cases, drives treatment decision. This study reports a novel ratiometric fluorescence sensor based on a tetraphenylethylene-bipyridine covalent organic framework (TPE-Bpy-COF) for the sensitive detection of Cu, leveraging the unique coordination properties of the bipyridine moieties. The interaction between Cu and the nitrogen atoms in the bipyridine units induces fluorescence quenching at 500 nm through an efficient host-guest electron transfer mechanism, where excited-state electrons from the COF framework are transferred to the vacant orbitals of Cu. Upon excitation at 410 nm, the sensor exhibits a primary emission peak at 500 nm, which is quenched in the presence of Cu, while an overtone peak at 820 nm remains stable, serving as an internal reference for ratiometric measurements and significantly enhancing the accuracy and reliability of the sensor.

Introduction: This article explores the impact of innovation on urban public health, with a particular focus on panel data from 15 sub-provincial cities in China. The study aims to provide scientific evidence for policymakers by analyzing how technological innovation affects urban public health levels.

Methods: The study used a panel model for empirical analysis which based on panel data from 15 sub provincial cities across the country, using the number of doctors per 10,000 people and per capita financial medical and health expenditure as proxy variables for urban public health, and using the level of technological development as the core explanatory variable for regression analysis.
