The aim of the present study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of laser localization combined with soft-channel minimally invasive surgery (MIS) for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, and to develop stereotactic alternatives that are cost-effective, safe and precise for underdeveloped regions. To meet this aim, 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly assigned to the control group (n=30) or the study group (n=30). The patients in the study group were treated with laser localization combined with soft-channel MIS to remove the hematoma, whereas the control group was treated with YL-1 needle puncture to drain the intracranial hemorrhage.

Chronic subdural hematoma is a common condition in neurosurgical practice. It is usually treated by burr-hole surgery. Patients with coagulopathies such as antiphospholipid syndrome, are at increased risk of complications, and careful consideration of the patient's specific risk of both bleeding and thromboembolic complications must guide medical management.

Objective: This study aims to investigate the effects of preoperative intracerebral hematoma volume (HVpre), hematoma volume 6-8 days post-surgery (HVpost), and the rate of hematoma volume change (HVpre-HVpost)/HVpre on the prognosis of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH).
Materials And Methods: CT imaging data from 62 aSAH patients admitted to our hospital's Neurosurgery Department between January 2022 and December 2023 were obtained, both preoperatively and 6-8 days postoperatively. The hematoma volumes were measured using 3D-Slicer.

Endoscopic hematoma evacuation has become well received for its high evacuation rate in patients with intracerebral hematoma. Effective hemostatic procedure is the key to the success of the procedure. Any single method cannot solve all kinds of intraoperative bleeding, The key to hemostasis is to identify the type of bleeding and take the best hemostasis method during endoscopic surgery.

Traumatic aneurysms represent less than 1 percent of intracranial aneurysms and middle meningeal artery pseudoaneurysms are even rare. Traumatic aneurysms are usually pseudoaneurysms formed by the rupture of all the layers of the vessel wall. They are associated with high mortality as they can present as epidural, subdural, and rarely intraparenchymal hematoma.
