Teratomas of the lesser omentum are extremely rare and all cases reported in the literature have been benign teratomas with mature tissue elements. A case of teratoma, which behaved in benign fashion in spite of immature elements in a 16-year-old male, is reported. The patient remained free of disease 7 years after surgical resection of the tumour.

To report the cosmetic, clinical, and visual outcomes of a combined surgical approach for treating a corneal/limbal dermoid using excision and a three-layered amniotic membrane graft with fibrin glue. An 18-year-old female presented with impaired vision and ocular discomfort caused by a prominent dome-shaped limbal congenital dermoid on the inferotemporal cornea, resulting in a significant aesthetic concern. A full assessment, including refraction, best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), corneal topography, aberrometry and anterior segment OCT (AS-OCT) was conducted to plan the surgical approach.

The autoantibodies against the NR1 subunit are well known in the pathomechanism of NMDAR encephalitis. The dysfunction of the NR2 subunit could be a critical factor in this neurological disorder due to its important role in the postsynaptic pathways that direct synaptic plasticity. Midline Anterior Neck Inclusion Cysts (MANICs) are rare congenital anomalies caused by improper embryonic fusion. These superficial benign lesions typically appear yellowish and cystic without deeper anatomic connections. We describe an 11-month-old boy with a stable, asymptomatic, yellow, elastic cystic lesion on the midline of the anterior neck, measuring 4 mm and present since shortly after birth.
