Objective: Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is a chronic complication of diabetes that can potentially escalate into ulceration, amputation and other severe consequences. The aim of this study was to construct and validate a predictive nomogram model for assessing the risk of DPN development among diabetic patients, thereby facilitating the early identification of high-risk DPN individuals and mitigating the incidence of severe outcomes.
Methods: 1185 patients were included in this study from June 2020 to June 2023.

Background: Immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI)-induced colitis is a significant adverse event associated with ICI therapy, known to be linked to increased cytotoxic T-cell activity.
Objectives: To compare T-cell subsets based on the endoscopic features of ICI-induced colitis and to compare these findings with those of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
Design: Prospective cohort study.

Point mutations at codon 600 of the BRAF oncogene are the most common alterations in cutaneous melanoma (CM). Assessment of BRAF status allows to personalize patient management, though the affordability of molecular testing is limited in some countries. This study aimed to develop a model for predicting alteration in BRAF based on routinely available clinical and histological data.
