Objective: To evaluate the clinical outcomes of surgical and non-surgical treatments for actinic cheilitis (AC) over a four-decade period and to introduce a novel Clinical Index for the Treatment and Control of Actinic Cheilitis (CITC-AC) for improved patient stratification and management.

Materials And Methods: A retrospective cohort study analyzed 151 patients diagnosed with AC treated at a university clinic between 1980 and 2020. Sociodemographic, clinical, and histopathological data were collected.

Introduction: Thyroid nodules are infrequent findings in children, though malignancy rates are higher in this population. The Bethesda System for Reporting Thyroid Cytopathology (TBSRTC) standardizes the reporting of thyroid fine needle aspiration (FNA) specimens and has become a global reference for assessing the risk of malignancy (ROM) of thyroid nodules. The 2023 update includes pediatric-specific risk predictions and management recommendations.

Over the past few decades, dental implants have been successfully utilized to replace teeth lost due to periodontal disease and other conditions. However, similar to natural teeth, dental implants are vulnerable to inflammatory peri-implant diseases, which can compromise their long-term viability. This review aims to summarize the current understanding of peri-implant diseases and discuss effective strategies for their diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management.

Bowel obstruction is a common complication that can affect patients due to different factors, including after a history of gastric bypass surgery. This review was conducted by searching the literature using both PubMed and Google Scholar for articles relating to bowel obstructions. Fifty-six articles were found after applying inclusion and exclusion criteria.

Introduction SUI is a common pelvic floor dysfunction in middle-aged and elderly women, which has a serious negative impact on the patient's quality of Life (QoL), pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) and electrical stimulation (ES), as common non-surgical treatment modalities, have been widely used in the management of SUI. However, there is controversy about the effectiveness of the combined application of these two interventions. For this reason, this study evaluated the efficacy of PFMT combined with ES in the treatment of SUI by Meta-analysis.
