In recent years, with the rapid development of digital technology and the growing emphasis on environmental protection, the interaction between digital technology innovation (DT) and energy-saving and emission reduction (ESER) has drawn widespread attention. Nevertheless, when discussing the relationship between DT and ESER, existing studies have seldom considered the external influence of the regional innovation environment. Taking a research sample of 270 Chinese cities, this paper conducts an empirical study on the effect of DT on ESER, focusing on the moderating effect of the urban innovation environment.

Introduction: This article explores the impact of innovation on urban public health, with a particular focus on panel data from 15 sub-provincial cities in China. The study aims to provide scientific evidence for policymakers by analyzing how technological innovation affects urban public health levels.
Methods: The study used a panel model for empirical analysis which based on panel data from 15 sub provincial cities across the country, using the number of doctors per 10,000 people and per capita financial medical and health expenditure as proxy variables for urban public health, and using the level of technological development as the core explanatory variable for regression analysis.

In 2021 Spain passed a new law regarding the quality of drinking water, increasing the transparency and introducing a risk assessment approach to the catchment area, which ascribe to the shift in recent years in how drinking water management is understood in the European Union legislation. Good data quality is important to ensure the correct implementation of policies. We used the drinking quality data uploaded to Spain's National Drinking Water Information System to gauge the state of the drinking water reporting in Spain, the differences between rural urban and rural areas in both quality and reporting and identify which variables at catchment level influence the probability of a municipality incurring in drinking water quality non-compliance.
