Background: Previous studies have reported normative data for sagittal spinal alignment in asymptomatic adults. The sagittal spinal alignment change in European children was recently reported. However, there is a lack of studies on the normative reference values of sagittal spinal and pelvic alignment and how these parameters change at different growth stages in Chinese children.

Objective: Aim: To evaluate the expression levels of SOX-10 in tissues of bladder tumor and to prove the correlation between SOX-10 expression and clinicopathological characteristics of bladder tumors, including patient age, sex, tumor grade, and muscle invasion.
Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: Forty formalin fixed paraffin embedded FFPE tissue blocks gathered by transurethral resection of bladder tumor are collected from teaching hospitals at Al-Najaf governorate. Those blocks were stained by hematoxylin and eosin.

Centromochlus heckelii has the lowest diploid chromosome number (2n = 46) and the only described heteromorphic sex chromosome system in Auchenipteridae. This study presents a population of C. heckelii from the Central Amazon basin with subtle variations in the karyotype composition and a variant W chromosome with distinct morphology and increased C-positive heterochromatin content.

The evolution of sociality is one of the major evolutionary transitions in the history of life and a key step in this transition is the occurrence of kin associations. Yet, the question of what demographic processes and environmental factors generate kin-structured populations and drive kin-directed cooperation remains open. In this review, we synthesise 30 years of studies of the long-tailed tit Aegithalos caudatus, which has a kin-selected cooperative breeding system with redirected help: failed breeders may help to raise offspring of conspecifics, typically relatives, breeding nearby.
