Corneal epithelial defects are one of the most common ocular disorders. Restoring corneal integrity is crucial to reduce pain and regain function, but in cases of neurotrophic or desensitized corneas, healing can be significantly delayed. Treating neurotrophic corneas is challenging for ophthalmologists, and surgical intervention is often indicated to manage refractory cases that are unresponsive to medical therapy.

Rituximab use in paediatric nephrology practice in Türkiye: TRTX.

Aim: Rituximab (RTX) is a genetically engineered chimeric monoclonal antibody which binds directly to CD20 antigen and mediates inhibition of B cell development. Although RTX has been widely used in paediatric nephrology, there is no routine protocol for its use. In this study, paediatric nephrologists in Türkiye were asked to fill out a questionnaire to understand their practice in using RTX.
