Background: To evaluate pregnant women's intentions to deliver with labor epidural analgesia (LEA) and identify factors influencing decision-making in a diverse population in northern Israel.
Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted at Galilee Medical Center from February to July 2024. Women completed pre- and post-labor questionnaires assessing demographics, religiosity, prior experience, prenatal education, attitude towards LEA, reasons for not intending to deliver with and actual LEA use.

Background: The success of in vitro fertilization (IVF)/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in endometriosis patients varies widely, and predicting the likelihood of achieving a live birth remains a clinical challenge. This study aims to develop a predictive nomogram for assessing the cumulative live birth (CLB) rate following IVF/ICSI cycles among patients with endometriosis.
Method: A retrospective cohort study was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 1457 patients with endometriosis after IVF/ICSI treatment from January 2017 to August 2022.

Background: Psychological birth trauma represents a significant global public health concern, with an estimated 45% of new mothers reporting such an experience. Researchers mostly focus on the impacts of postpartum mental health issues, such as postpartum post-traumatic stress disorder, minimal attention has been given to the antecedents of psychological birth trauma. This study seeks to investigate the correlation between fear of childbirth and psychological birth trauma among Chinese women who have undergone natural childbirth, as well as the mediating role of coping styles in the association between fear of childbirth and psychological birth trauma.
