Two Cases of ROSAH-Like Syndrome Restricted to the Ophthalmologic Presentation.

Purpose: To report the clinical presentation and follow-up, including the optical coherence tomography, angiography and electrophysiology of two individuals from the same family presenting with an isolated retinal dystrophy and optic nerve edema who were diagnosed with ROSAH-like syndrome.
Method: Observational case report of a 55-year-old woman and her 36-year-old son with a genetic analysis of ROSAH, after a long-term follow-up.
Results: Both the mother and her son displayed severe optic nerve infiltration and retinal pigment atrophy with intraocular inflammation, which were not improved by immunosuppressive treatment.

While magnetic effects are well known in biology, recent years have shown a surge in published evidence isolating the dependence on spin, rather than magnetic field, in biological contexts.

Purpose Of Review: Eosinophilic myocarditis (EM) is a rare and heterogeneous form of inflammatory heart disease that can present with a wide range of severity. Current literature is limited to case reports or small case series that outline the evaluation process, disease course, and the nonstandardized treatments trialed. This review aims to concisely summarize the current literature on EM including an update on maintenance therapy for refractory or recurrent disease.

The objective of the study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tildrakizumab on moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis with involvement of the palmoplantar area.

Leukemia is a prevalent cancer that severely affects children, and standard chemotherapy often leads to severe gastrointestinal symptoms and neutropenia. This study aimed to discover alternative treatments to prevent neutropenia in pediatric leukemia patients and minimize chemotherapy-related complications. This randomized, placebo-controlled trial was conducted on 52 children between the ages of 3 and 18 years who were suffering from acute leukemia and undergoing chemotherapy.
