Molecular Zr phosphides are extremely rare, with no examples containing a one-coordinated and terminal triple-bonded phosphorus atom. We report here an isolable and relatively stable Zr phosphide complex, [(PN)Zr≡P{μ-Na(OEt)}] (), stemming from a cyclometalated Zr-hydride, [(PN)(PN')Zr(H)] (), and NaPH. Complex is prepared from two- or one-electron reductions of precursors [(PN)ZrCl] () or metastable Zr[(PN)ZrCl], respectively.

Introduction: A growing group of young and middle-aged lecturers in universities, during a time of increasing career aspirations, not only bears the significant responsibility of teaching but also serves as the backbone for promoting the high-quality development of higher education in our country. Simultaneously, they are experiencing varying degrees of workplace anxiety.
Methods: This paper adopts the mixed-methods of questionnaire analysis and semi-structured interview.
Background: Anxiety disorders is a significant contributor to the Global Burden of Diseases (GBD), particularly in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has exacerbated the issue. Previous studies have not examined the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on anxiety disorders over the entire time series, nor have they offered predictions regarding future trends of global anxiety disorders in the aftermath of the pandemic. This study aims to present the Age-Standardized Prevalence Rates (ASPR), Age-Standardized Incidence Rates (ASIR), and disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) associated with anxiety disorders from 1990 to 2021 across 204 countries and regions, emphasizing the age structure and the disease burden following the pandemic.
