Background: Patients with end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) are at high risk for coronary artery disease. We investigate the trends and outcomes of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for stable ischemic heart disease (SIHD) in patients with ESKD.
Methods: We utilized the United States Renal Data System [2010-2018] to include adult patients with ESKD on dialysis for at least 3 months who underwent PCI for SIHD.

Background: Surgical fusion of the sacroiliac (SI) joint is often performed to manage chronic lower back or buttock pain. When Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes were introduced, SI joint fusion procedures were done primarily by orthopaedic surgeons and neurosurgeons. The purpose of this study was to examine the utilization of SI joint fusion CPT codes by physician specialty over time.

Background And Objective: As the global population ages, degenerative spinal disorders are on the rise, leading to an increased focus on optimizing spinal fusion therapies. Despite the high success rate of iliac crest bone autografts, their usage is hampered by donor site morbidity and limited supply. Background: Colorectal metastasis from gastric cancer is very rare, with existing literature limited to only a few case reports. This study was designed to investigate the clinicopathological features and prognosis of colorectal metastasis arising from gastric cancer.
Methods: Patients with colorectal metastasis from gastric cancer who underwent surgical intervention at a single tertiary hospital between January 2010 and June 2023 were included, and their clinicopathological characteristics and oncologic outcomes were analyzed.
