Background: With the development of artificial intelligence (AI), medicine has entered the era of intelligent medicine, and various aspects, such as medical education and talent cultivation, are also being redefined. The cultivation of clinical thinking abilities poses a formidable challenge even for seasoned clinical educators, as offline training modalities often fall short in bridging the divide between current practice and the desired ideal. Consequently, there arises an imperative need for the expeditious development of a web-based database, tailored to empower physicians in their quest to learn and hone their clinical reasoning skills.

Background: Chlamydia is the most diagnosed bacterial sexually transmitted infection in England, but opportunistic testing remains low in general practice despite high prevalence among young people. Attempts to increase testing have been met with little success; therefore, there is a need to explore why rates remain low and how this may be improved.
Aim: To explore general practice staff perceptions of opportunistic chlamydia testing, including barriers, facilitators, interventions, and policies, using the Behaviour Change Wheel (BCW).

The transition of β-barrel proteins from a soluble to an amyloid form is biologically significant in some cases but may lead to functional activity loss. In particular, odorant-binding proteins' (OBPs) fibrils are unable to bind odorant molecules potentially contributing to olfactory dysfunction. As shown previously, OBPs' fibrillogenesis is initiated by uncoupling of protein C-terminal fragment from the β-barrel and exposing amyloidogenic sites.
