This paper draws on a consultation with 200 stakeholders about a mental health plan in the most remote region of South Australia to discuss primary mental healthcare improvement strategies. In rural and remote environments, a lack of services means that it is more difficult to deal with a mental illness or provide assistance for circumstantial life problems. The authors' consultations revealed difficulties with service access, acceptability and teamwork. They also found that the availability of local human service workers leads to their use as first-level mental health contacts, but these workers are neither skilled nor supported for this. These difficulties will require attention to the boundaries between different service providers which can otherwise create inflexibility and service gaps. The regional mental health plan that is being rolled out will develop collaboration through regional interagency task groups, networking groups for local human service workers and the position of a regional mental health coordinator in order to overcome these difficulties and to operationalise service partnerships.

Background: Previous studies regarding mind-body exercise among people with breast cancer mostly focused on one type of mind-body exercise and provided conflicting results.
Aims: This paper aims to systematically synthesize the evidence hierarchy and examine the credibility of previous meta-analyses of different types of mind-body exercises.
Methods: We searched PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Web of Science, and Epitemonikos from database inception to February 2nd, 2024, for meta-analyses of randomized controlled trials.

Background: Cyamemazine, a phenothiazine antipsychotic with anxiolytic and sedative properties, is commonly used in the management of severe mental disorders (SMDs) such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder. Despite its unique pharmacological profile, the impact of cyamemazine on clinical outcomes, treatment adherence, and quality of life (QoL) remains inadequately studied. This study addresses the significant gap in understanding the clinical impact of cyamemazine, a widely used yet under-researched antipsychotic.

Objectives: This European study explored the cultural and societal aspects of chronic insomnia by means of a survey undertaken in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. The primary objectives were to understand the impact of insomnia on the daily lives of patients, both personally and professionally, and to evaluate the patients' perceptions and coping strategies thus identifying cultural differences in the management of this disorder.
Methods: Based on online panels targeting insomnia sufferers, the survey included 755 patients aged 35 to 65 years with moderate to severe insomnia for at least three months, occurring at least three times per week (DSM-5 criteria for insomnia disorder, ISI score 15-28).
