We present a case of a 66-year-old man with a three-year history of Gleason 10 prostate cancer (PCa), who presented with penile pain, erythema, and induration of the penile shaft. His cancer was treated with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT), radiotherapy, and apalutamide, resulting in PSA reduction; however, a solitary penile lesion persisted, necessitating radical penectomy. At 12 months post-surgery, PSA levels and magnetic resonance imaging findings remained stable, with no signs of metastasis.

Background: Bothrops venom consists primarily of metalloproteinase and phospholipase A2 toxins, which are responsible for the acute inflammatory, coagulant and hemorrhagic action following snakebite. The local effects of snakebite envenomation by Bothrops species are particularly prevalent yet poorly studied, but include pain, edema, erythema, blistering, bleeding, and ecchymosis.
Methods And Findings: In this study, we describe the dermatopathological findings observed in a series of 22 patients diagnosed with Bothrops envenomation treated in a tertiary hospital of Manaus, in the Brazilian Amazon.

Introduction: Inhalation injury may be associated with increased risk of dysphonia and laryngotracheal pathology; however, presentation and recovery patterns are not well documented.
Objectives: To examine the prevalence, clinical characteristics, and recovery patterns of dysphonia and laryngeal pathology following inhalation injury.
Methods: A retrospective audit was conducted of all burn patients with diagnosed inhalation injury admitted to two Australian burn units over ten years.
Post acne erythema (PAE) is a common sequela of acne inflammation, and it refers to telangiectasia and erythematous lesions remaining after the acne treatment. Although some PAE may improve over time, persisting PAE might be esthetically undesirable for patients. The efficacy of various treatment options for PAE has been investigated in many studies but there exists no gold standard treatment modality.
