Autologous fat grafting is a standard method for soft tissue augmentation. The method is commonly used for volume restoration of the ageing face. Furthermore, atrophic scars, lipodystrophy and scleroderma en coup de sabre can be treated. Following liposuction, the harvested fat can be reinjected immediately or stored at minus 28 degrees C for at least 2 years. In most cases, several injections at 3 to 4 months intervals are needed for good long-term effects. The procedure is used world-wide with good results and a minimum of side effects.

Introduction: Orthobiologics, such as autologous nanofat, are emerging as a potential treatment option for osteoarthritis (OA), a common degenerative joint causing pain and disability in the elderly. Nanofat, a minimally processed human fat graft rich in stromal vascular fraction (SVF) secretory factors, has shown promise in relieving pain. This study aimed to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying nanofat treatment of OA-affected cells and compare two filtration systems used for nanofat preparation.

Objective: To investigate the clinical and pathologic characteristics of adverse reactions after minimally invasive facial cosmetic treatment and to summarize diagnostic and therapeutic experiences, providing reference for clinicians.
Methods: Forty-five patients who experienced complications from minimally invasive facial cosmetic procedures and were treated at School and Hospital of Stomatology, Wuhan University between June 2014 and June 2024 were selected. A retrospective analysis was conducted on the diagnosis, treatment methods, and prognostic outcomes of these adverse reactions.
Implantable pulse generator site pain is prevalent in 4 to 12 percent of patients with the spinal cord stimulators. We have used a case series of 4 patients aged 46 to 79, to demonstrate pain relief at the implant site via the use of autologous fat grafting. All patients experienced an improvement of 33.

Background: Although several prophylactic strategies have been developed for postoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF), research on its severe form is few. Recently, it has been reported that severe POPF can be caused by intraabdominal lipolysis. This study aimed to establish a rat model of severe POPF by combining pancreatic juice leakage and lipolysis and to develop a prophylactic strategy for POPF.

Background: This case report explores the rare complication of a pseudocyclops lesion within an anterior cruciate ligament autograft, identified in a patient with a recent knee injury and an existing anterior cruciate ligament autograft graft. Notably, this case was managed conservatively, diverging from typical surgical interventions, and resulted in a successful outcome.
Case Presentation: A 37-year-old Caucasian male with a prior anterior cruciate ligament autograft sustained a new knee injury; 9 days post-injury, he presented with persistent pain and swelling, exacerbated by weight-bearing, and limited knee extension, though no instability was noted.
