The authors present outcomes of inspection of 300 women suffering from genital endometriosis. Localization and thermocoagulation of endometriosis was performed by diagnostic and operative laparoscopy. After operation women were treated with hormonomodulative therapy. Patients were divided in five groups, depending on prescribed treatment. The authors concluded that the most effective is therapy with progestine dydrogesterone (Duphaston). For comparison there are presented groups of patients without hormonal treatment after operation. The authors recommend hormonomodulative therapy after surgical treatment of endometriosis. Duphaston was indicated as the most preferable drug.
