Introduction: Non-surgical management of non-neurological thoracic or lumbar spine (TL) fractures seems to provide good results in the civilian population, leading to return to work in most cases. However, data on the military population are limited, particularly regarding return to duty. This study aimed to describe a population of French military patients with traumatic non-neurological TL fractures and the outcomes of non-surgical management regarding operational capacity.

Intelligent unmanned clusters have played a crucial role in military reconnaissance, disaster rescue, border patrol, and other domains. Nevertheless, due to factors such as multipath propagation, electromagnetic interference, and frequency band congestion in high dynamic scenarios, unmanned cluster networks experience frequent topology changes and severe spectrum limitations, which hinder the provision of connected, elastic and autonomous network support for data interaction among unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) nodes. To address the conflict between the demand for reliable data transmission and the limited network resources, this paper proposes an AODV routing protocol based on node energy consumption and mobility optimization (AODV-EM) from the perspective of network routing protocols.

Skeletal muscle atrophy, which is induced by factors such as disuse, spaceflight, certain medications, neurological disorders, and malnutrition, is a global health issue that lacks effective treatment. Hindlimb unloading is a commonly used model of muscle atrophy. However, the underlying mechanism of muscle atrophy induced by hindlimb unloading remains unclear, particularly from the perspective of the myocyte proteome and metabolism.

Many clinical sites shifted towards digital delivery of mental health services during the COVID-19 pandemic. There is still much to learn regarding tailoring digitally delivered interventions for trauma-affected populations. The current study examined the perceptions of Canadian mental health clinicians who provided digitally delivered psychotherapies utilized for trauma-affected populations.
