We have observed electron impact ionization of highly excited sodium Rydberg atoms in ns and nd states, n=35-51, below E=2 eV electron kinetic energy with energy resolution 0.25 eV. Measured absolute cross sections near 0 eV range from sigma(35d) approximately 7 x 10(-10) to sigma(50d) approximately 4 x 10(-9) cm(2). The energy dependence is consistent with that of widely used binary encounter approximation cross sections, and sigma(n) follows a power law in n. The measured cross sections are 14 to 24 times larger than theoretically predicted values. This enhancement may signal the effect of large polarizabilities of high Rydberg states not yet accounted for in ionization theories.

Chemotherapy-drug interactions (CDIs) pose significant challenges in oncology, affecting treatment efficacy and patient safety. Despite their importance, there is a lack of validated tools to assess oncologists' knowledge of CDIs. This study aimed to develop and validate a comprehensive questionnaire to address this gap and ensure the reliability and validity of the instrument.

Although cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) is the predominant cross-sectional imaging modality used by interventional radiologists, advancements in hybrid angiography-computed tomography (Angio-CT) technology have demonstrated a strong potential for increased utilization in the angiography suite. The benefits of increased workflow efficiency, decreased relative cost, multipurpose utility, and most importantly improved patient care, may encourage institutions to accept the higher upfront cost of Angio-CT rooms for potential long-term benefits. Hybrid Angio-CT setups are less prone to motion and streak artifacts and may provide superior image quality compared to CBCT.

Owing to its high spatial resolution and its high sensitivity to chemical element detection, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) technique enables to address high-level materials characterization of advanced technologies in the microelectronics field. TEM instruments fitted with various techniques are well-suited for assessing the local structural and chemical order of specific details. Among these techniques, 4D-STEM is suitable to estimate the strain distribution of a large field of view.

To explore the changes of atlantoaxial joint spaces and pharyngeal airway after combined orthodontic-orthognathic treatment in skeletal class Ⅲ patients with mandibular deviation. A total of 34 adult skeletal class Ⅲ patients (10 males and 24 females) with mandibular deviation who received combined orthodontic-orthognathic treatment at the Department of Orthodontics and the Department of Orthognathic Surgery in the Stomatological Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from August 2014 to October 2021 were retrospectively selected. The patients were 22 (5) years old (18-33 years).
