Importance: The phase 3 randomized EMBARK trial evaluated enzalutamide with or without leuprolide in high-risk nonmetastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer. A key challenge is to discover how interactions among fire-regime components, drought and land tenure shape wildfire impacts.
