The purpose of this study was to evaluate the results of a novel retrograde ultrasound-guided A1 pulley release technique for the treatment of trigger thumb. We conducted a retrospective, single-center study of 42 patients who underwent ultrasound-guided A1 pulley release for clinically diagnosed trigger thumb between September 2022 and December 2023. All cases were graded according to the Green classification of trigger finger severity.

Objectives: To analyze the efficacy and influencing factors of percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography and biliary drainage (PTCD) in patients with malignant obstructive jaundice (MOJ).
Methods: The study included 151 MOJ patients admitted from January 2021 to January 2024. Seventy patients in the control group received endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), while 81 patients in the research group underwent PTCD.

Background: The use of the Ostial Flash balloon (Ostial Corporation) has received limited study in aorto-ostial chronic total occlusion (CTO) percutaneous coronary artery intervention (PCI).
Methods: The authors evaluated the outcomes of Ostial Flash balloon use in a large CTO-PCI registry (PROGRESS-CTO, NCT02061436).
Results: The Ostial Flash balloon was used in 54 of 907 aorto-ostial CTO PCIs in 905 patients (6.

Introduction: This report describes the use of a combination of a retrograde femoral nail and distal femur locking plate for the treatment of an open intra-articular distal femur fracture in a 99-year-old female. The purpose of this report is to highlight that nail-plate fixation constructs can be performed percutaneously and expeditiously even in extremely old patients; therefore, patient age should not be a limiting factor in choosing this construct to allow for immediate weight-bearing.
Case Report: The patient was a 99-year-old female who presented to the emergency room after a fall.

Background: Continuous retrograde flow across the aortic valve from left ventricular assist device (LVAD) therapy can result in cusp damage and progressive aortic regurgitation, potentially triggering recurrent heart and multiorgan failure. The management of aortic regurgitation after LVAD implantation has not been well defined.
Methods: This study retrospectively reviewed the investigators' experience with the management of de novo aortic regurgitation requiring intervention in patients with continuous-flow LVAD.
