The authors report four cases of aneurysm of the lenticulostriate arteries, three idiopathic and one with underlying MoyaMoya disease. This unusual pathology, which often affects young patients, is revealed by a meningeal syndrome and sometimes focal neurological signs. The bleeding is highlighted by a CT scan without contrast injection, even by MRI, these examinations making it possible to evaluate its repercussion.

The acquired immunosuppressed states are increasingly numerous. Pneumopathies are a frequent, serious complication and etiologic diagnosis is often difficult. The nature of the micro-organism in question is a function of the immunizing type of deficiency.

Definition: Carcinomatous lymphangitis is a radioclinical entity accounting for about 8% of all cases of lung metastasis defined as the presence of tumoral cells in lymph vessels and lung interstitium.
Diagnosis: Biopsy specimens or bronchial brushings obtained by fibroendoscopy or bronchioalveolar lavage fluid usually reveal adenocarcinoma.
Practical Management: In clinical practice, the patient presents with dyspnea and non-specific infiltration on the chest x-ray.

The authors report 3 cases of gyratory seizures whose epileptic nature was demonstrated on the following features. They appeared with a loss of consciousness. In 2 cases, they ended with a tonic-clonic generalized fit and in the 3 cases, they were mixed with other generalized seizures.
