Background: Ankle and hindfoot fusion in the presence of large bony defects represents a challenging problem. The purpose of this study was to evaluate outcomes of patients who underwent ankle-hindfoot fusions with impaction bone grafting (IBG) with morselized femoral head allograft to fill large bony void defects.
Methods: This was a 3-center, retrospective review of a consecutive series of 49 patients undergoing ankle or hindfoot fusions with femoral head IBG for filling large bony defects.

Aim: To assess the long-term (>10 years) outcomes in anatomical total shoulder arthroplasty (aTSA) and implant survival in patient under 60 years and identify risk factors for complications and revision.
Methods: This was a retrospective, multicenter study conducted from 1993 to 2008. Over 104 aTSA, 87 in 82 patients (55 years, 36 to 60yo) were included at a mean follow-up of 14±4 years (10 to 25y).
Introduction Tumor staging is essential for determining treatment strategies and predicting prognosis in cancer patients. Accurate imaging techniques are critical for staging, metastasis screening, treatment response assessment, and recurrence detection. Objective In this prospective study, we aimed to compare the sensitivity of whole-body diffusion-weighted imaging (WB-DWI) with positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) in detecting metastases.

Purpose: To compare the clinical outcomes between opening wedge high tibial osteotomy (OWHTO) and unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) in patients with Ahlbäck Grade 3 medial compartmental knee osteoarthritis (OA) using a propensity score matching (PSM) analysis.
Methods: This retrospective study included all OWHTO and UKA procedures performed between 2016 and 2021 at a single institution. Inclusion criteria were patients diagnosed with medial knee OA, specifically Ahlbäck Grade 3 arthritis.

Background: Multi-slice spiral computed tomography (CT) angiography (MSCTA) has become the primary non-invasive image technique for evaluating cephalic and cervical vascular anatomy, especially vascular variant such as persistent carotid-basilar anastomosis. Persistent proatlantal intersegmental artery (PPIA) is an example of a rare persistent carotid-basilar anastomosis that deserves to be featured through this imaging technic.
Purpose: The aim of this study is to explore the imaging characteristics of the PPIA using MSCTA and to assess its clinical significance.
