The dynamics of morphological changes in central and peripheral organs of the lymphoid system of mice experimentally invaded with Trichinella spiralis was studied. The immune response of the host was shown to have two phases including two peaks and the suppression period. The activation of the lymphoid organs was observed in earlier intestinal and muscular phases, and the suppression was noted in migration phase of invasion.

Although aberrant changes in grey and white matter are core features of idiopathic dystonia, few studies have explored the correlation between grey and white matter changes in this disease. This study aimed to investigate the coupling correlation between morphological and microstructural alterations in patients with idiopathic dystonia. Structural T1 imaging and diffusion tensor imaging were performed on a relatively large cohort of patients.

In this study, we investigated the photoperiodic responses regulating erect thallus formation in (KU-1293). We found that, through critical day length analysis and night break treatment culture experiments, formed erect thalli under short-day conditions, indicating a genuine photoperiodic response. The critical day length for this morphological change was 10-11 h.

Objective: The objective of this study was to assess the maturation of matrix-associated autologous chondrocyte transplantation (MACT) grafts up to 2 years after the surgery using gray-level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) texture analysis of quantitative T maps, compare the results with the microfracturing technique (MFX) control group, and relate these results to the morphological MOCART 2.0 score.
Design: A subcohort of 37 patients from prospective, multi-center study underwent examination on a 3T MR scanner, including a T mapping sequence at 3, 12, and 24 months after surgery.

Cotton is essential for the global textile industry however, climate change, especially extreme temperatures, threatens sustainable cotton production. This research aims to identify breeding strategies to improve heat tolerance and utilize stress-resistant traits in cotton cultivars. This study investigated heat tolerance for 50 cotton genotypes at the seedling stage by examining various traits at three temperatures (32 °C, 45 °C and 48 °C) in a randomized plot experiment.

The rapid intraerythrocytic replication of Plasmodium falciparum, a deadly species of malaria parasite, requires a quick but constant supply of phospholipids to support marked cell membrane expansion. In the malarial parasite, many enzymes functioning in phospholipid synthesis pathway have not been identified or characterized. Here, we identify P.
