Retroperitoneal fibrosis (RPF) is a rare disease with a nonspecific presentation. RPF can be classified into Idiopathic, the most common, or secondary due to malignancy and various medications resulting in chronic inflammation and fibrosis in the retroperitoneum. The complications arise due to the compression of structures in the retroperitoneum.

Background: Nephrocalcinosis is often asymptomatic but can manifest with renal colic or hematuria. There is no reported association between nephrocalcinosis and renal vascular malformations, which may also be a source of hematuria. We herein present a case of a patient with hematuria related to nephrocalcinosis and renal papillary varicosities.

Introduction: Nutcracker syndrome (NCS) is caused by compression of the left renal vein (LRV) between the aorta and the superior mesenteric artery (SMA) where it passes in the fork formed at the bifurcation of these arteries. NCS leads to LRV hypertension, resulting in left flank and abdominal pain, with or without haematuria and pelvic ureteral varices.
Report: The patient was a young female with diagnostic criteria of NCS, with severe clinical manifestations.

Ureterocutaneous fistula is a rare complication of renal surgery. Cyanoacrylate glue is a tissue adhesive, used primarily for the endoscopic control of bleeding from gastric varices. A female aged 33 presented to our facility with a ureterocutaneous fistula after surgery.
