In the newborn and in the children are frequent features like congenital laryngeal stridor, croup, weak or absent cry, cyanotic attacks, apneic attacks, and sometimes are due to disease like laryngomalacia, tracheomalacia, laryngeal web, post-intubation lesions and stenosis, tracheo-esophageal fistula. The Author present an experience of four years in the Vicenza's Hospital with rigid telescopes and flexible fiberoptic instruments in the endoscopic valuation and treatment of this pathology. Moreover present a new technics for the preoperative incannulation of the tracheoesophageal fistula using the flexible fiberscope.
