Background: Screening for cognitive impairment in primary care is important, yet primary care physicians (PCPs) report conducting routine cognitive assessments for less than half of patients older than 60 years of age. Linus Health's Core Cognitive Evaluation (CCE), a tablet-based digital cognitive assessment, has been used for the detection of cognitive impairment, but its application in primary care is not yet studied.
Objective: This study aimed to explore the integration of CCE implementation in a primary care setting.

Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is often comorbid with disordered eating behaviors. Effective treatments are critically needed for this complex population. Mindful movement interventions may represent a promising, adjunctive treatment option for individuals with BPD symptoms, especially those with co-occurring disordered eating.

Background: De-escalating the management of fibroadenoma of the breast has been encouraged, but it is not known whether this has been successful. A better understanding of the costs and benefits of surgical excisional biopsy is essential for managing individual patients and health systems.
Methods: Prospectively maintained data sources from the Johns Hopkins regional health system were used to capture trends in the rate of diagnosis and excision of fibroadenoma of the breast.

Method: The bibliometric approach was used in the study. Articles on DBT-related research were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database up to December 31, 2024, and analyzed using VOSviewer and CiteSpace.

Objective: Neighborhood-level social determinants of health (N-SDoH) impact cancer survival. However, the relationship between N-SDoH and epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) survival remains understudied.
Methods: We used data on all Pennsylvania residents diagnosed with EOC from 2000 to 2023 throughout the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center to assess the impact of N-SDoH on survival.
