Background: To evaluate the significance of increased of intraoperative parathyroid hormone(IOPTH) 10 min after parathyroidectomy in primary hyperparathyroidism.

Methods: All patients underwent parathyroidectomy were retrospectively included. Following the results of IOPTH, three groups were defined: Group 1: increased of IOPTH, Group 2: <50 % decreased of IOPTH, and Group 3: >50 % decreased of IOPTH.

Objective: To assess the dynamic mandibular movement of patients with condylar hyperplasia before and after simultaneous orthognathic surgery and condylectomy through an intraoral approach.

Methods: Two groups of patients diagnosed with unilateral condylar hyperplasia were studied: the preoperative group consisted of 23 patients and the postoperative group consisted of 13 patients who had undergone simultaneous orthognathic surgery and condylectomy through an intraoral approach with follow-up for more than 1 year. The normal reference value was obtained from 11 individuals without oral and maxillofacial diseases.

Hyperandrogenism is a highly prevalent and debilitating hormonal disturbance encountered in women presenting with variable phenotypical features. Causes encompass a large spectrum of tumoral and nontumoral etiologies, depending on the patients' age. Objective: Clear cell borderline ovarian tumor is a rare subtype of borderline ovarian tumor for which the clinicopathological characteristics, management, and prognosis remain unclear. Herein, we describe the clinical features, treatment options, and prognosis of clear cell borderline ovarian tumors.

Study Design: This was a retrospective study of nine patients with pathologically confirmed clear cell borderline ovarian tumors treated at Peking Union Medical College Hospital between 2006 and 2023.
