Precise control of nanobubble size is essential for optimizing the efficiency and performance of nanobubble applications across diverse fields, such as agriculture, water treatment, and medicine. Producing fine bubbles, including nanobubbles, is commonly achieved by purging gas through porous media, such as ceramic or polymer membranes. Many operational factors and membrane properties can significantly influence nanobubble production and characteristics.

Apolipoprotein C1 (APOC1) plays a significant role in the proliferation and metastasis of various malignant tumors; however, its role in DLBCL-particularly its effects on angiogenesis-remains largely unexplored. This study investigates the correlation between APOC1 expression and patient prognosis in DLBCL.

In clinical practice, particularly in neurology assessments, imaging multiparametric MR images with a single-sequence scan is often limited by either insufficient imaging contrast or the constraints of accelerated imaging techniques. A novel single scan 3D imaging method, incorporating Wave-CAIPI and MULTIPLEX technologies and named WAMP, has been developed for rapid and comprehensive parametric imaging in clinical diagnostic applications. Featuring a hybrid design that includes wave encoding, the CAIPIRINHA sampling pattern, dual time of repetition (TR), dual flip angle (FA), multiecho, and optional flow modulation, the WAMP method captures information on RF B1t fields, proton density (PD), T1, susceptibility, and blood flow.

Background/purpose: Pulp polyp is often eliminated as dental waste. Pulp polyp cells were reported to have high proliferation activity which might be comprised of stem cells. However, little has been known on the presence of stem cells in the pulp polyp.

Background: Awake prone positioning (APP) can reportedly reduce the need for intubation and help improve prognosis of patients with acute hypoxemic respiratory failure (AHRF) infected with COVID-19. However, its physiological mechanism remains unclear. In this study, we evaluated the effect of APP on lung ventilation in patients with moderate-to-severe AHRF to better understand the effects on ventilation distribution and to prevent intubation in non-intubated patients.
