Multiple cerebral aneurysms in a child with cardiac myxoma.

Neurologic involvement is not uncommon in cardiac myxoma, yet its association with multiple cerebral aneurysms is rare, especially in children. We describe a patient with left atrial and ventricular myxoma, who otherwise lacked cardiac symptomatology and did not exhibit auscultatory, roentgenologic, or electro-cardiographic evidence of heart disease. The clinical presentation was a sudden attack of a cerebrovascular occlusive disorder.
