The opportinistics complaints of the AIDS occur all along the episode of the infection and depend on the individual's body immunity and on the existence or no of an anti-retroviral treatment. The buccal appearences on the face are relatively frequent. They are dominated by the buccal mycosis, the lymphatic ganglion's complaints, the inflammation of gums and buccal mucous, and the tooth decay in our context.

Introduction: Candidemia, principally affecting neutropenic patients in departments of oncohematology and frail patients in intensive care units, can also be observed in frail elderly people in geriatrics.
Exegesis: Authors report four observations of candidemia diagnosed in elderly dependent patients having several different diseases. Clinical sign was a persistent or recurrent fever after a wide-spectrum antibiotic therapy.

We report two cases of candidal chorioretinitis occurring to two friends who abused of intravenous crack using the same syringe . An endophthalmitis "a minima" due to a therapeutic delay arose in one patient, when a rare spontaneous healing happened to the second patient. In both cases, an epiretinal membrane is noted after the lesions scarred.
