Heparin is an anticoagulant used invariably in all cardiac surgery. Heparin dosing and its reversal were determined by monitoring activated clotting time (ACT). When treating anterior and apical prolapse, laparoscopic sacral colpopexy is the gold standard. Currently, it is suggested that the anterior mesh must be the lowest possible to better treat the prolapse and lower the risk of recurrence. The objective of our study was to determine the possibility of using intraoperative transperineal ultrasound measurements during laparoscopic sacral colpopexy in order to better localize the mesh positioning.

Introduction: The positive effect of varicocelectomy on sperm parameters (sperm morphology, concentration, motility) and fertility and pregnancy rates has been proven. Although various techniques have been defined for varicocele treatment, varicocelectomy with the pulling technique was first defined in 2017. Background: Clinically relevant-postoperative pancreatic fistula (CR-POPF) is one of the dreaded complications of pancreatoduodenectomy. Vascularity of the stump of the pancreas during pancreatico-enteric anastomosis is considered one of the major determinants of POPF. Indocyanine green (ICG) is one of the modality for vascular assessment; hence, we aimed to evaluate the role of ICG fluorescence imaging to assess the vascularity of the pancreatic stump during pancreatoduodenectomy.
