Introduction: Demand for endoscopic services is outstripping capacity in the UK. Transnasal endoscopy (TNE) utilises a narrow calibre endoscope to pass through the nasal passages, thereby reducing retching and discomfort. It is better tolerated compared with standard transoral endoscopy (TOE) but is still rarely used as a diagnostic modality.

Introduction And Importance: Malignant duodenocolic fistulas are a rare but serious complication of advanced colorectal cancer. With the growing elderly population and increasing incidence of advanced colorectal cancer, there is a pressing need to explore palliative alternatives to complete resection, especially when a patient's overall health precludes extensive surgery.
Case Presentation: This case report presents a palliative approach involving luminal stent placement via gastroscopy in a patient with non-resectable, locally invasive colorectal cancer, resulting in a malignant duodenocolic fistula.
Introduction: Metabolic and bariatric surgery (MBS) is increasingly used for obesity and metabolic disease, with safety profiles showing it is among the safest major operations. The last 20 + years have noted significantly improved safety that has been accompanied by decreasing length of stay and select populations electing for outpatient surgery, leading to continued decreases in cost. Regardless, readmissions and complications still occur, requiring inpatient postoperative care (IP-POC).

Postoperative pancreatitis is an unusual complication of upper abdominal surgery that can result in severe morbidity and has been associated with postoperative death. It can be caused by trauma to the surface of the gland, injury to pancreatic ducts, vascular compromise, ductal obstruction within the pancreas parenchyma or because of duodenal stagnation. Our database of peritoneal surface malignancy patients was surveyed in a search for patients who manifested signs and symptoms of severe postoperative pancreatitis.

Background And Aim: Proximal migration is one of the complications after pancreatic stenting. This study aims to determine the incidence, risk factors and endoscopic treatment of proximally migrated pancreatic stents.
Methods: A retrospective search of all the endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) records was conducted from 1997 to 2022 in our tertiary center.
