Oesophageal cancer corresponds to a malignant neoplasm with a poor prognosis. Neuroendocrine tumors of the esophagus are very rare, accounting for less than 2%. When clinically manifested by permanent, progressive dysphagia and general impact, they usually correspond to locally advanced tumors with a poor prognosis.

An 11-month-old female, neutered domestic short-haired cat was presented for non-pruritic alopecia of the dorso-lumbar area which had appeared 1 month after a road accident. After the trauma, a fracture of the left hind limb was demonstrated without dermatological lesions on the dorso-lumbar area. One month later, hair loss was observed in this area.

Hemostatic powders (HP) are increasingly used to address limitations in conventional endoscopic techniques for gastrointestinal bleeding. HP is a relatively recent addition to the arsenal of hemostatic endoscopic procedures (HEPs) for gastrointestinal bleeding (GIB) due to benign and malignant lesions, which all life-threatening conditions. HP acts as a mechanical barrier and/or promotes platelet activation and coagulation cascade.
