While telegenetic counseling has increased substantially since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, previous studies reported concerns around building rapport, nonverbal communication, and the patient-counselor relationship. This qualitative evaluation elicited feedback from genetic counselors, referring clinicians, and patients from a single healthcare organization to understand the user-driven reasons for overall satisfaction and experience. Objective: This study aims to investigate the perceived benefits, costs, and relationships that influence doctors' inclination to participate in urban-rural medical consortia (URMC). Furthermore, the study analyzes how perceived relationships moderate the impact of perceived benefits and costs on the inclination to take part in URMC.
Methods: The study was conducted between September 2022 and June 2023 utilizing an online survey in Henan Province, Central China, which included 749 respondents from provincial hospitals.

Background: This study aimed to evaluate the biofilm formation abilities of clinical strains, assess their antibiotic susceptibility patterns, and identify the prevalence of adhesion-associated genes.
Methodology: In this study, a total of 60 strains were collected from urine, pus, wounds, blood, body fluid, and sputum in health centers affiliated with Abadan University of Medical Sciences, Iran. Strains were identified via microbiological methods and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to target the gene.
Introduction: Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a common respiratory disorder influenced by various factors in its pathogenesis. Recent studies have begun to emphasize the significant role of gut microbiota in immune modulation and its potential association with the development of AR. This research aims to characterize the gut microbiota of patients with AR who are sensitized via inhalation, utilizing 16S rRNA sequencing to shed light on the pathogenesis of AR and identify potential therapeutic targets.
